You must have\/use your 天涯社区log student email in order to access the portal and complete the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>First Time\u00a0Applying\u00a0for Access Services?<\/strong>\u00a0Complete the Application following the instructions below:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the portal home page choose the <strong>Accommodations\u00a0<\/strong>tab across the top blue ribbon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The<strong> Accommodations<\/strong> tab will provide a drop down menu, choose <strong>Application<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete your application and upload any documentation you have to support your request<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Current Access Students&nbsp;needing&nbsp;Semester Renewals for Accommodations?<\/strong>&nbsp;Request renewal following the instructions below:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the portal home\u00a0page\u00a0choose the\u00a0<strong>Accommodations<\/strong>\u00a0tab across the top blue ribbon.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Accommodations<\/strong>\u00a0tab will provide a\u00a0drop-down\u00a0menu,\u00a0choose\u00a0<strong>Term semester.\u00a0(Semesters are\u00a0listed YY\/SS, example 26\/FA)\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The next screen will list all courses you are currently registered for, choose the\u00a0<strong>Request Accommodations<\/strong>\u00a0button\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The next screen will list each course you are registered for, followed by check boxes next to each accommodation you have been approved for.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the\u00a0relevant accommodations for each course, select\u00a0<strong>Submit<\/strong>\u00a0at the bottom of the page.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Students do not have to choose every accommodation for every\u00a0course, unless\u00a0it is relevant and needed for each course.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please call 636-584-6577 or email class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Test requests must be made 48 hours before test day by filling out the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eastcentral.edu\/learning-center\/schedule-a-test-with-accommodations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schedule a Test form<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confirm the test with accommodations with your instructor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notify Access Services immediately if any changes are made after the test has been scheduled<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200bStudents who accumulate&nbsp;<strong>three (3) no-call<\/strong>,&nbsp;no-show&nbsp;testing appointments will no longer be&nbsp;permitted&nbsp;to schedule testing appointments through Access Services.
