Access Services for Current Students
Access Services Application
Complete the application for Access Services using our . You must have/use your ÌìÑÄÉçÇølog student email in order to access the portal and complete the application.
First TimeÌýApplyingÌýfor Access Services?ÌýComplete the Application following the instructions below:Ìý
- From the portal home page choose the ´¡³¦³¦´Ç³¾³¾´Ç»å²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õÌýtab across the top blue ribbon.
- The Accommodations tab will provide a drop down menu, choose Application
- Complete your application and upload any documentation you have to support your request
Current Access Students needing Semester Renewals for Accommodations? Request renewal following the instructions below:
- From the portal homeÌýpageÌýchoose theÌýAccommodationsÌýtab across the top blue ribbon.ÌýÌý
- °Õ³ó±ðÌýAccommodationsÌýtab will provide aÌýdrop-downÌýmenu,ÌýchooseÌýTerm Request.ÌýÌý
- °Õ³ó±ðÌýTerm RequestÌýwill provide a drop drown menu, select the correct semester.Ìý(Semesters areÌýlisted YY/SS, example 26/FA)Ìý
- The next screen will list all courses you are currently registered for, choose theÌýRequest AccommodationsÌý²ú³Ü³Ù³Ù´Ç²ÔÌý
- The next screen will list each course you are registered for, followed by check boxes next to each accommodation you have been approved for.ÌýÌý
- Select theÌýrelevant accommodations for each course, selectÌýSubmitÌýat the bottom of the page.ÌýÌý
- Students do not have to choose every accommodation for everyÌýcourse, unlessÌýit is relevant and needed for each course.ÌýÌý

Schedule Testing Accommodations
Schedule Testing Accommodations
- Test requests must be made 48 hours before test day by filling out the Schedule a Test form
- Confirm the test with accommodations with your instructor
- Notify Access Services immediately if any changes are made after the test has been scheduled
- ​Students who accumulate three (3) no-call, no-show testing appointments will no longer be permitted to schedule testing appointments through Access Services. These students may still utilize walk-in testing only if staff availability allows.
