Courses

Aerial Lift (Scissors & Booms)

This course will cover the responsibilities of owners, supervisors, and operators. It will cover hazards from uneven surfaces, falling, electric shock, equipment collapse, inclement weather, nearby work, inexperience or improper operation, mechanical defects, overloading, electrocution, overextension, nearby and inadvertent operations.

First Aid/CPR/AED

This comprehensive First Aid/CPR/AED training course equips participants with the knowledge and skills needed to recognize and respond to medical emergencies in the workplace, at home, and in the community. Participants will learn how to provide basic first aid care, perform high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on adults, children, and infants, and properly use an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Topics include assessing emergency situations, responding to injuries and sudden illnesses, controlling bleeding, treating shock, managing burns, choking emergencies, and other life-threatening conditions. Through hands-on practice and instructor-led demonstrations, participants will gain the confidence to act quickly and effectively until professional medical help arrives.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive certification that meets applicable workplace safety and regulatory requirements.

Arc Flash NFPA 70E

This course provides in-depth training on NFPA 70E electrical safety requirements for employees who work on or near energized electrical equipment. Participants gain practical knowledge of hazard analysis, risk assessment, safe work practices, and PPE selection required to comply with OSHA and NFPA 70E standards. Emphasis is placed on applying safe procedures in real-world maintenance and troubleshooting situations.

Arc Flash Refresher

This course provides an introduction to electrical safety and arc flash hazards based on NFPA 70E standards. Designed for employees who work near electrical equipment but are not qualified electrical workers, the training focuses on hazard recognition, basic safety practices, and understanding safe approach distances. Participants learn how to identify risks, follow workplace controls, and avoid exposure to arc flash events.

Asbestos Awareness

This Asbestos Awareness course provides employees with essential knowledge to recognize asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and understand the health hazards associated with asbestos exposure. Designed for personnel who may work in or around buildings where asbestos is present, the training covers common locations of ACMs, regulatory requirements, exposure prevention practices, and appropriate response procedures when suspected asbestos materials are encountered. Participants will learn how to identify potential asbestos hazards, minimize the risk of disturbance, and protect themselves and others by following safe work practices and company procedures. Building an Effective Safety & Health Program

Building an Effective Safety and Health Program is designed for forward-thinking companies ready to move beyond basic regulatory compliance. Confined Space Entry

This Confined Space Entry course provides employees with the knowledge and skills required to safely recognize, evaluate, and work in or around confined spaces. Crane Safety

This Crane Safety Training course provides employees with the knowledge necessary to safely operate, work around, inspect, and support crane operations in industrial, construction, manufacturing, and material-handling environments. Participants will learn fundamental crane safety principles, OSHA requirements, hazard recognition, load handling procedures, sling and rigging basics, inspection requirements, communication methods, and safe lift planning practices. Emphasis is placed on preventing equipment damage, property loss, injuries, and fatalities through proper crane operation and effective coordination among crane operators, signal persons, riggers, and ground personnel.

Electrical Safety

This course provides employees with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to recognize, avoid, and control electrical hazards commonly found in manufacturing environments. Participants will learn OSHA and NFPA 70E safety requirements, hazard recognition techniques, lockout/tagout fundamentals, electrical safe work practices, and emergency response procedures. Emphasis is placed on preventing electrical shock, arc flash, arc blast, fires, and equipment-related injuries. EPA 608-In Person

This course prepares students to take the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Section 608 Technician Certification exam required under the Clean Air Act. The training provides essential knowledge for the safe handling, recovery, recycling, and disposal of refrigerants used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Participants will learn federal regulations, environmental impacts of refrigerants, and industry best practices for preventing refrigerant release. The course covers all certification areas, including Core, Type I (small appliances), Type II (high-pressure systems), and Type III (low-pressure systems), equipping students to pursue Universal Certification. EPA 608-Self Study

Fall Protection

This course provides employees with an overview of OSHA fall protection requirements and safe work practices for working at heights. Participants will learn to recognize fall hazards, understand when fall protection is required, and properly use and inspect fall protection equipment to help prevent workplace injuries.

Forklift Train the Trainer

Forklift Train-the-Trainer Program equips your personnel with the knowledge, skills, and materials to deliver OSHA-compliant forklift operator training. Hazard Communication

This Hazard Communication (HazCom) Training course provides employees with the knowledge necessary to safely work with or around hazardous chemicals in the workplace. This Lead Awareness Training course provides employees with the knowledge necessary to recognize, avoid, and respond to lead hazards in the workplace. Participants will learn where lead may be encountered in manufacturing, maintenance, construction, renovation, and industrial environments, as well as the health risks associated with lead exposure. The course covers OSHA lead standards, exposure routes, hazard recognition, workplace controls, personal protective equipment (PPE), hygiene practices, and employee rights and responsibilities. Emphasis is placed on preventing exposure through proper work practices and understanding when additional monitoring, testing, or specialized procedures may be required. Lockout Tagout

The course covers the role and responsibility of the employer to develop and implement an energy control program or lockout/tagout (LOTO) for the protection of workers while performing servicing and maintenance activities on machinery and equipment.

Machine Guard Training

The course cover the various types of common machinery, machine safe guards, and related OSHA regulations and procedures. Guidance is provided on the hazards associated with various types of machinery and the determination of proper machine safeguards. The course will cover the process to identify, select, and properly safeguard machinery to protect employees and others in the work area and deliver appropriate training in safe work practices.

Mock OSHA Inspection

This Mock OSHA Inspection course provides manufacturing organizations with a realistic assessment of workplace safety and health compliance through a simulated OSHA inspection. Participants will learn what to expect during an OSHA inspection, how compliance officers evaluate workplace conditions, and how to identify and correct hazards before an actual inspection occurs. OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting Compliance is an essential training program designed to demystify the complex regulations governing workplace injury and illness tracking. Based on OSHA standard 29 CFR Part 1904, this course teaches participants how to accurately determine what constitutes a recordable incident, properly complete mandatory logs, and submit data to OSHA without errors. Permit Required Confined Space Entry

This course covers the safety and health hazards associated with permit-required confined space entry in General Industry. This training is required for employees that may have the opportunity to enters (authorized entrant), attend (attendant), or act as entry supervisors for work in confined spaces including permit-required confined spaces. This course satisfied the training requirements for the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146 Permit-Required Confined Spaces Standard. Certificate upon completion.

Respiratory Protection

This course covers the requirements for the establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of a respiratory protection program. The course satisfies the training requirements for the OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134-Respiratory Protection Training Certification. Certificate upon completion.

Rigging Safety

This Rigging Safety Training course provides employees with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to safely rig, lift, move, and position loads in manufacturing, construction, maintenance, and material handling environments. Participants will learn the fundamentals of rigging equipment selection, load calculations, sling inspection, hitch configurations, load control, and safe lifting practices. The course emphasizes hazard recognition, communication methods, and OSHA requirements to help prevent dropped loads, equipment damage, and workplace injuries. Through hands-on demonstrations and real-world lifting scenarios, participants will gain the confidence to perform rigging operations safely and efficiently.

Scaffold Safety

This Scaffold Safety Training course provides employees with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to safely work on, around, and inspect scaffolding systems in industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, and construction environments. Participants will learn OSHA scaffold safety requirements, hazard recognition techniques, scaffold types, inspection procedures, fall protection requirements, load capacities, and safe access practices. Emphasis is placed on preventing falls, scaffold collapses, falling object incidents, and other common hazards associated with elevated work. Through real-world examples and practical exercises, participants will gain the confidence to recognize unsafe conditions and apply safe work practices when using or working near scaffolds.

Safety & Health Program Review

The Safety and Health Program Review is a company-specific, on-site evaluation designed to ensure full regulatory compliance. This is not a traditional training course. Instead, it is a hands-on audit and update of your facility’s OSHA-required written safety programs.

Safety Technician

The purpose of this training and workshop is to educate and develop a Safety Person or Persons that will be able recognize hazards and safety and health violations. Be able to do job hazard analysis and be able to implement site specific safety procedures and rules. Each Subject Will include Classroom and practical job hazard analysis workshops. This will give the student practical usable safety knowledge for the company and the site that they work at. Not just blowing smoke with OSHA rules without relative, practical, and usable information. This will create in the student the ability to not only recognize hazards and safety violations but also the ability to implement practical and effective OSHA compliance safety rules for their company.

Welding & Hot Work Safety Training

This Welding and Hot Work Safety Training course provides employees with the knowledge and practical skills necessary to safely perform welding, cutting, brazing, soldering, grinding, and other hot work activities in manufacturing, maintenance, and industrial environments. Participants will learn OSHA requirements, fire prevention techniques, hazard recognition, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, ventilation practices, and hot work permit procedures. Emphasis is placed on preventing fires, burns, explosions, electrical hazards, and exposure to welding fumes through proper planning, hazard controls, and safe work practices. Through real-world examples and practical exercises, participants will gain the skills needed to perform hot work safely while protecting personnel, equipment, and facilities.

Work Zone Safety

This Work Zone Safety Training course provides employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely work in and around roadway, utility, construction, and maintenance work zones. Participants will learn how to recognize and control hazards associated with moving traffic, heavy equipment, pedestrians, and changing work environments. The course covers traffic control fundamentals, temporary traffic control devices, worker visibility requirements, situational awareness, flagging principles, and emergency response procedures. Emphasis is placed on protecting workers, motorists, and the public through proper work zone setup, communication, and adherence to OSHA and MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) guidelines.
