Training Topics include: understanding the development and purpose of the value stream of an organization.聽 Utilizing a base of SIPOC (Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Customer) this course will introduce students to the basics of value stream mapping including benefits, key terminology, and standard techniques providing an understanding of current state and future state of the process.聽 Students will discover how powerful the comparison of current and future state mapping can be to identify sources of wastes within a process.聽 Learn how to use value-stream mapping to create 鈥渂lueprints鈥� for applying other techniques such as Kaizen Events most effectively.
